Thinking about joining the British Car Club of the Lehigh
Valley?
Following is information about our club to help make your
decision a little easier:
We are a non-profit organization established in 1994
for the preservation and enjoyment of British cars. We welcome new
members with all British marques, but it is not necessary for you to own
a British car to join.
Our meetings are held in the Allentown area on the first Wednesday
of each month and our newsletter is published monthly. Elections for
officers are held annually at our November meeting. We currently have
about 75 members. Our annual dues are only $12, and help support our monthly newsletter and our annual British car show, the Autumn Leaf Festival in Bethlehem.
We try to schedule at least one fun activity each month in addition
to our monthly meeting, and we try to plan a wide variety of events to
include something for each member of our family to enjoy with us.
Some of our favorite events:

Monthly cruises during the summer months - Ritz ice cream is a
favorite.
- Car shows in the spring and fall. You can polish and shine, or relax
and dine.

Travel as a group to support events of other car clubs.

Scenic summer cruise to an English pub

Family fun night at the drive-in movies. Old-fashioned fun
including pony rides and a petting zoo. Be sure to bring your blankets
and lawn chairs to this one.

Miniature golf outing at Putt U in Center Valley.

Fall cruise - Enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania autumn foliage while answering fun questions
along the way.

Cruise finishes with dinner and a chance for some good conversation with
the other participants.

Holiday party with dinner, special guest, and an optional unique gift
exchange.

Spring tech sessions - and more.
In the past we've also toured some local wineries, the Yuengling Brewery in
Pottsville, held gigantic yard sales to benefit our club and warmed ourselves
at our fun-filled Guy Fawkes bonfire.
The members of BCCLV are a wealth of talent and knowledge - a good place to
find the answer to all your car questions. We welcome new members to share
their knowledge and we're always open to new ideas.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL:
For existing members, $12 annual dues are payable each
January 1. We have a generous two-month grace period, but dues must be
paid in full by mid-March to remain a member in good standing.
